Payments & Ordering

Payment methods excepted through www.swagsonline.com are by credit card, check, money order or direct deposit/wire transfer only. All payments must be received in full and all checks cleared before any shipping of an initial order will take place.

Shipping, Handling & Taxes

All shipping and handling charges will be shown separately to the purchase price of any product sold through the ordering process. Once the initial order has been placed and receipt of payment is processed through www.swagsonline.com. The product is then inspected prior to packing and shipping. Once this process is finalized and the product leaves the warehouse www.swagsonline.com will be exempt from any liability due to loss or damage that may occur during shipping and the delivery process throughout the USA. The customer agrees to these terms and conditions by using this website in anyway. Shipping times are within 7 to 10 days once an order is processed.
www.swagsonline.com preferred method of shipping & handling will be via the UPS service. All orders placed and shipped in the greater state of Texas will be subject to 8.25% tax unless a valid and correct tax exemption certificate, applicable to the product ship-to location, and prior to www.swagsonline.com acceptance of the order. All other out of state customers will be responsible for payment and subject to their state and local tax laws. The consumer agrees to these terms and conditions before any order is placed. In any case of a missing or undelivered shipment the consumer agrees to contact www.swagsonline.com where by a file claim for a missing delivery will be placed. Once www.swagsonline.com has received full claim payment from the UPS shipping provider the customer will be provided with a refund of any monies spent through the ordering process. (Note; Lost or missing claims may take up to 6 months to process and will be of no fault of www.swagsonline.com). The consumer agrees to these terms & conditions by using this website.

Order Status

Any order placed through www.swagsonline.com may be tracked via a UPS shipping number. This will be released to the purchaser upon request using our contact us, form through the website.

Purchasing & Privacy

All sales through www.swagsonline.com are final and require certain information to be supplied by (you the user) including but not limited in anyway to your credit card or other information supplied. You agree that all information submitted to www.swagsonline.com will be accurate, correct, current, up to date and complete. With all usernames and address’s, coinciding with your preferred payment methods. You also agree to and are responsible for any charges/payments for applicable taxes, shipping and handling for your purchases and relating to any or all items purchased through www.swagsonline.com.

Www.swagsonline.com does not pass on or provide to a third party any of your personal or private payment information once it has been received through the ordering process. The website stores only the necessary information needed to process your order.

Products Warranties & Service

All products sold through www.swagsonline.com are new (unless otherwise specified). Products sold through this website are supplied and distributed by a third party otherwise known as (the supplier). All products sold and purchased through www.swagsonline.com by (you the user) are subject/limited to the suppliers warranty (in this case 12 months for all purchases on this website) policies. All purchases relating to your order, warranties, liability, obligations etc if any shall be governed by the applicable procedures/policies of the suppliers.

Pricing & Charge Back

All prices listed on www.swagsonline.com are subject to change without due notice. The most current and up to date prices are offered on this site. If the purchase price has changed after an order has been submitted, any applicable charges relating to your purchase will be refunded to your credit card or other payment method. www.swagsonline.com retains the full right to cancel or refuse any order/orders placed through this site. If your credit card has been charged for a purchase and is refused for any reason by www.swagsonline.com we will refund any of those charges in accordance to the terms and conditions written herewith.

Returns

Any return if any, will be subject to the DPN policy. The consumer must first contact www.swagsonline.com with their enquiry to obtain a defective product number (No Exceptions). If by fault of the consumer, the return or claim is void by www.swagsonline.com warranties/claims department, the DPN will not be issued. Once this process is finalized and the DPN is issued, the consumer may return the product at their own expense. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse (whereby the claim is genuine) www.swagsonline.com  will replace and ship the exchange free of charge. The customer agrees to these terms and conditions by using this website. www.swagsonline.com warrants it will refund all monies other than shipping for all, if any, defective products within 14 days of consumer purchase. Title/Titles Transfer of Purchased Product

www.swagsonline.com retains sole ownership of any product sold through this website until the purchaser fully pays for the sale of any or all items.
